Private Transformation™ focuses on practical management training for sustainable success specifically in three areas of development: 1. Personal, 2. Business/career and 3. Organizational. As a management tool, the Private Transformation Network (PTN) platform will help individuals and organizations identify, understand and define what needs to be modified internally to produce truly successful outcomes externally in areas such as purpose, finances, career, business, relationships, technology and much more. PTN provides change and development roadmaps through the identification and harnessing of potential growth opportunities inherent within the entities. Private Transformation™ provides organic management skills which is fundamental towards the stimulation of growth and attaining internal and external reformation. While the concept of Private Transformation aids with needed tools to identify areas requiring process improvement, it is structured however to ensure that the recipients go through the transformation experience or process at an individualized and personal pace/space using the model that is being presented through the training sessions. Essentially, it is intended to function as a very personal walk based on commitment, passion, discipline, drive and desire for change. For some, it's likened to the change process that transpires when a caterpillar which had essentially capped in growth enters into its pupae stages. Within the chrysalis, a breaking down and reassembling occurs before the emergence of a beautiful adult butterfly that is a wonder to behold. For others, it is likened to the eagles' molting season where one is reborn to run one’s life mission. Though PTN students will have the benefit of a management consultant to aid them through the process, it's a personal (and very solitary/private) journey to rebirth. It's also pertinent to mention that this is NOT a "church-centric" program, yet any ardent student of the Word of God can easily trace a lot of the principles to the Holy Scriptures. TARGET PTN is not for everyone. It is designed for individual and corporations that: 1. Are dissatisfied with their current performance or state (statuesque). 2. Are desirous to explore the next level of their existence but aren't sure of how to get there from where they are. 3. Are ready to stop resource hemorrhage. 4. Are open to defining strategies on how to better manage and maximize relationship, networks, human and other resources opportunities that are presently within their possession for maximum profit as it pertains to personal/organizational growth and goals. 5. Are longing to be reinvented or redefine in order to be recalibrated to the core of their mission in life. TRAINING MODEL PTN will have 4 Training modules broken into 2 parts. In order to start and become a certified trainer or coach, one must go through: PART A: INDIVIDUAL REFORMATION 1. The Basic Course - which focused on core personal development issues such as discipline, habits, goal setting, time management, purpose etc. 2. The Advanced Course - which focuses on broader management issues such as leadership, team building, networking, social media etc. PART B: MENTORING OTHERS 1. Training Certification Course - focuses on growing and leading others based on personal outcomes from individual reformation courses (Part A). The successful completion of the course qualifies the graduate to be accredited and certified to train others as a PT mentor. 2. Coaching Certification Course - focuses on specialization in different spheres in influence. PTN collaborates with the students to design programs based on various areas of calling based on the advance module (Part A.2). The modules will focus on specialties such as, PT for Pastors, PT for Entrepreneurs, PT for Singles, PT for Leaders etc. It’s the Ph.D. of PT aimed at developing SMEs in all seven spheres of influence in society. PT FOR ENTREPRENEURS A third level specialized training especially for entrepreneurs of all levels. On its entrepreneurial platform for developing nations, PTN seeks to empower and steer business leaders to attain personal, corporate and business goals. Private Transformation™ for Entrepreneurs has as 8 POINT MANDATE: 1. To mentor and mobilize members globally into the Private Transformation™ Network, with the aim of creating millions of projects and jobs around the world. 2. To empower and equip business people with the principles of integrity and honesty as basic value systems within their business practices. 3. To educate and mobilize a global army of business leaders in poverty and debt eradication methodologies and strategies. 4. To address the plight of the underprivileged and poor in our communities by changing the concept of self-centered wealth accumulation through an awareness to the importance and true purpose of wealth. 5. To provide a platform for financing and franchising creative ideas and growing businesses into globally recognizable corporations. 6. To pioneer business integrity at all levels of government and corporate cadres in a bid to foster multinational eradication of corrupt practices in the economy which will enhance the implementation of basic utilities and infrastructure to the average citizen, especially in developing countries. 7. To extend and expand poverty alleviation to underprivileged communities and nations through education, mentoring, consultation on better business practices, project development and implementation. 8. To create a platform for networking and development of personal and corporate identities. Private Transformation is not intended to be just another training program and as such it intentionally modeled to produce only when due time is ascribed to it (an ingredient that any true change process will require). Considering that each module is accompanied by tasks and individual assessments that can only be completed and mastered over a period of 1 – 3 months based on commitment, a mandatory 3 – 6 month period is required to advance from one level to the other. In order to advance to any next level training, a student must meet the prerequisites of displaying practical mastery in assigned skill builder assessments for each level completed previously. To this end, PTN will not only be an educational platform that evaluates provides feedback for continuous growth but it will also serve as a networking hub for its students and alumni over the years to come.
