Launching in November 2013, Minc Fitness is a personal training and group training service that will not only get you great results, but provides a non threatening, fun and accessible environment for women of all ages and fitness levels. Founded by Melanie Turnley, it brings together her passions for fitness, health & wellbeing and her love of the outdoors. Specializing in high intensity workouts and functional training methods, Minc Fitness provides a fresh and exciting approach to achieving your goals.
