Welcome to Mind & Body Movement Newcastle, where fitness meets the soul. We run 8 Week Challenges year round specifically designed for and aimed at the beautiful women of Newcastle. Our outdoor group fitness challenges allow women to embark on a physical and mental journey where we set short term goals & intentions and work consistently towards their achievement together in an inspiring, judgment free space. These goals are limitless and range from improved strength, flexibility and overall fitness, to powerful positive thinking, understanding the mind, overcoming self-sabotaging behaviors, self-love, the list goes on. Your goal might be to complete 20 push-ups on your toes, run 2km without rest, or overcome self-sabotage and negative thought patterns . Whatever it is, we work together as a group to see it through. We have a ton of experience catering to all ages and levels. We understand that each person is on their very own unique journey, and that each journey is like no one else’s. Our focus is on empowering women through group exercise and active mindset training. We aim to leave you feeling inspired, energetic, informed and connected to yourself and others, and so much more.
