Description
Yoga in a small class setting allows for more instruction and interaction. Feel free to ask questions and get one-on-one help. Going to a neighborhood class allows you to have familiar faces and establish a community. Since this is out of the front room of my house I can keep the fee small. $7 drop-in or you can buy a 5 class pass for $25 ($5/class). I offer Yoga Flow, Mini Me Yoga on the 3rd Saturday, Zumba and more. I am available to teach elsewhere and do one-on-one sessions. Closed on First Weekend of the Month.
