Keeping up with candy would like to present to you all a fitness centre with a difference. Miss Nutrition Training House is a new studio cardio center located in Tweed Heads just off the highway for the convenience of people passing by 15 min from Pottsville and 15 min from gold coast. This studio if offering 45 min classes of high intensity perfect for fat burning. Each class will be different and fun, the classes will be run by Candy herself bring lots of laughter and motivation to each session. The classes will also include boxing, kickboxing, weights, cardio, plyometric as well as crossfit style workouts. We will be offering the following programs Unlimited classes per week $35pw Other options the Training House will be offering are; Exclusive personal training sessions Small group sessions Nutrition consults Poliquin consultations Life coaching Nutrition seminars Miss Nutrition Training House will be aiming to bring the fun back to your training, we will be offering what the fitness industry call HIIT high intensity interval training, as well as some classes targeting specific strength training. Weather its weight loss, muscle gain, body tone or lifestyle changes your looking for we will have this covered. My aim is to provide a comfortable fun house for females to learn how to enjoy the fit and healthy lifestyle. Im not all about crazy training and hard diets im actually the opposite, im about fun training and balanced diet, this is why I have been so successful in helping my girls achieve their goals.
