My Services FYI :D Acrylic Nails FULL SET When getting a full set of nails i prepare the nail surface thouroughly before applying tips to the free edge of your natural nails (there are many colours for you to choose from). Roughly choosing the length required I then prime the natural nail so it is free of dirt grease and germs. Acrylic powder or gel is then applied over the entire nail and tip for strength and durability. When choosing gel nails they are also cured in a UV lamp. I then file the length and shape to the desired look, buff and apply cuticle oil and polish or clear as per your preference. i can also apply a gel clear code that is cured in the UV lamp to make the polish permanent if you desire. REBALANCE Needed when the nails grow and the line from your natural white starts beginning to show where the colour tip meets the natural pink, (this is known as the smile line). The tip colour is removed with the drill, and the same colour can be replaced or a totally new colour can be chosen. Any lifting around your cuticle area is also removed if there is none i just bring down the gel/acrylic a little. I then shorten the nails if needed, prime the natural nail, apply the new/same colour acrylic or gel to the tips. I then fill in rest of the nails with the pink/clear acrylic or gel, repeating for the other hand. Once complete i file, shape, buff and apply cuticle oil and polish. REFILLS Required every 2-4 weeks, depending on the growth and condition of your nails. I remove lifting around the cuticle area, if there isn't any i just bring down the acrylic/gel a little. The nails are then shortened if needed and the natural nail is primed. Acrylic or Gel is then applied and the nails filed, shaped, buffed and cuticle oil and polish is applied. BREAKS Individual acrylic or gel nails can be fixed when a breakage occurs, this can be performed outside of your normal appointment to match existing nails or when you come to get another service performed. OVERLAYS Acrylic or Gel is applied onto your natural nails, providing extra strength and shape without adding any length or extension. No tips are needed when applying overlays. I dont do much of this as it is very time consuming. Acrylic and Gel Toes Can be performed with either gel or acrylic and is identical to an overlay. Tips can be applied like a full set for a little more length if desired. Nail Art i provide various services in the nail art area including polish art, 3d acrylic and embedded nail art. You can view some of our nail art on photos i upload :) PAINTED NAIL ART This is completed using nail polish and a long strand brush. There are many many more nail art designs these photos are just the ones clients have chosen. If you can come up with own designs please let me know and I'm sure il try my best to perfect your design for you. 3D NAIL ART Each flower is created by hand one petal at a time. A small ball of acrylic powder is placed on the nail and then pressed into the shape of the desired petal. Then the next ball is placed next to the previous and pressed into shape, so on and so forth until the flower is finished. This can then be finished off with 3D leaves or dimonties etc. EMBEDDED NAIL ART This is artwork that is created underneath/inside the acrylic. Dimonties, lace, striping tape, different coloured acrylic, real flowers, nail stickers or even nail polish can all be put inside the acrylic. Patterns/designs are made with the polish or dimonties etc. when the desired look is achieved the nail is then finished with the acrylic over the top. COLOURED ACRYLIC i have approximately 150 different acrylics to choose from You name it and I have it :))
