Our story began when two strapping young men, acting on an instinct to center their lives around something crazy, seen the potentially to make a strong impact in their community by helping revive an old wellness modality from the 50's. Was it a bit more crazy than impactful at first? A strong possibility... One thing that's for sure is that we were always big believers in that if we could keep stress low, spirits high and find some time to relax once in a while - life was just more awesome. Growing up in a town where time for money was everything, and everyone wanted a whole lot of stuff, it was a challenge not to fall into some bad financial and spiritual habits. So being able to offer our community a space to help alleviate some of that similar stress and anxiety associated with fast-paced living, is an incredible honour!
