Montuno Dance Company is a focused & detailed group that cares about each student. Every day we work hard to create better dancers/competitors. If you'd like to challenge yourself, come check out what the directors of Montuno Dance Company have to offer. With multiple performing and competitive teams under the direction of Director Isidro Corona, and both beginner and intermediate level training teams, Montuno Dance Company caters to dancers ranging from the consummate social dancer to advanced level dancers; providing them with opportunities to perform, compete or simply improve dance technique. Isidro J. Corona is the Director and Founder of Montuno Dance Company, for which he has choreographed and taught a varied repertoire of pieces that have been showcased at Salsa Congresses around the country. The company is currently comprised of five teams not including 2 training teams for which Isidro is the lead Instructor. His flair for innovative choreography attracts dancers from all over the Bay Area and California wanting to train under his leadership. He is approached and contracted by dancers from around the country to choreograph competition pieces for them.

Isidro Corona offers private sessions for individuals wanting to learn more about Salsa or dance technique. To schedule privates, please use the following instructions: Please go to www.schedulicity.com 1) Type in "San Jose" under Location, and either "Isidro Corona" or "Montuno Dance Company" 2) Select "Montuno Dance Company" 3) Click on the tab labeled "Schedule Now" 4) Click on the service you want. 5) Click the date and time you wish to book 6) Click "Book It" 7) If you have never used schedulicity before, you will need to sign up. Click on "Sign Up Now -- It's Free" 8) Fill in the Sign Me Up form, check off the box verifying that you at least 16, and click "I Agree. Sign Me Up!" If you filled everything out correctly, you should receive a confirmation email from Montuno Dance Company.
