Hi there, my name is Rachael and I am a CAPPA certified labour doula and trained postpartum doula! I have a background in psychology (I received my BA in psychology at Brock University).Since 2008 I have worked as a developmental service worker, supporting people with special needs. Since having my two daughters (ages 4 & 2), I have taken a big interest in childbirth and the joys and struggles of life with a baby! As your doula I would provide you with informational, emotional and physical support during pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period.
