Mother & Sons is a collaboration between master baker Paul Tirglau and Market guru Zannie Flanagan. Mother & Sons Bakery is a once a week bakery and patisserie that operates out of the Market Shed on Holland, a new organic and sustainable market on Holland St, situated just behind the IGA on Gilbert St in Adelaide.
