We offer a class program which includes beginner ballet, beginner contemporary, intermediate jazz, advanced jazz, advanced ballet and advanced contemporary classes. Our teachers are some of the best in Adelaide, including people like Katrina Lazaroff, Larissa McGowan, Martine Quigley, Simon Vaughan, Billie Cook, and more. The best thing about Move Through Life (MTL) though is that you get to choose your dance journey. If you just want to come along for fitness, then consider it a dance fitness class. If you want to make new friends and have a lot of laughs, we offer that too. Are you looking for a place to belong and connect with others? Then you've come to the right place. The best bit though is that you don't have to just stay 'as you are' because we can offer you the chance to progress. In addition to classes, we offer a choreographic program (where adults can learn about choreography, and create their own dance works) and a performance initiative, where choreographers can present their work, and dancers can perform in a professional setting.
