Who said working out is good for you??? My ass DOMS is the worst. I'll have to poo standing and it will run down my leg. If I could sit my shoulder DOMS would prevent me wiping my ass anyway meaning I'll smell like a mixture of cheese and silage all day either way. Can't dry my hair either so looking like Jon Bon Jovi from the 80s. Core and leg DOMS means I'm walking like I have an Ann Summers gift lodged somewhere. Chest and arms DOMS means I can't drive properly and will probably crash, and after not wiping my ass or straightening my hair this is not a good position in which to be found. So if you missed your workout today, don't stress too much 😜
