NCO’s programs include a halfway house, parole supervision, spiritual support services, relapse prevention programming and Urban Section 84 Sponsorship for inmates requesting Aboriginal community support upon release. NCO also recently began developing the Four Winds cultural camp and retreat centre, a 14 acre property outside of Anola, Manitoba.
