New Energy Fitness is a private members gym in the centre of Winchester. We also offer over 80 classes per week and have a range of therapists in house.

New Energy Fitness is a different kind of gym. We have everything you’d expect and more. We want clients to feel that they are more than just a membership number and our top priority is making sure the experience is personalised. We do this with a large team of friendly and expert staff taking a flexible and innovative approach to health and fitness. When you join us you become part of a warm, welcoming and fun community. We take the time to get to know you and find out what’s going to work best. Whether that might be popping into the gym on an ad-hoc basis, or tailoring a comprehensive programme, it can all be done under one roof. From one-on-one training to a variety of therapies, to unique classes, our facilities are open and accessible to all. We aim to make sure everything links together - nothing is left as an afterthought. Our clients often tell us how much they enjoy the relaxed and positive atmosphere at New Energy and we see people of all ages and abilities improve fitness, confidence and make amazing life changes.
