Description

I am a Doula and Energetic Healer providing mental, emotional, physical and spiritual support. I guide clients towards the source of their problems and provide them with tools to do their healing work. I have experience working with grief and loss, physical pain, depression, relationship issues and all forms of trauma with individuals, couples, children and families. I have extensive training and practice with Bach Remedies and with a variety of alternative healing methods. To expand the scope of my practice I completed Doula training (through Dona International). Additionally, I have experience guiding sessions with pregnant mothers on releasing fear and connecting to their baby. My focus and understanding of the energetic connections between the parents and child helps me, as a Doula, to connect the mother and father to their own innate power during the birth process, which provides a healthy and harmonious beginning to the life of their child and the family relationship. I support people at birth, through life and the full circle to death and beyond, bringing understanding and depth to their experience and enhancing every aspect of their lives.
