 Taylor is a Registered Dental Assistant and Certified Holistic Nutritionist™ in Calgary, AB. She is a member of the College of Alberta Dental Assistants and the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition Alumni Association. Through her journey in the dental field, Taylor developed a keen interest in oral and systemic health connections. Being prone to cavities most of her life, Taylor knew that the answer was no longer just in the toothpaste but in the way we eat and digest our food and how our bodies use the nutrients provided. Taylor's dental wellness views changed drastically after graduating from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, which increased her knowledge to identify the working relationship of the body as a whole entity. She values whole foods as an essential component of every meal to combat a multitude of dental related issues that may limit or decrease our vitality. Taylor brings a natural awareness to her clients oral and systemic well-being by addressing the root of their health concerns to focus on symptoms related to physical, emotional and mental experiences. She acknowledges just how important a healthy support system is when making any lifestyle change achievable by providing resources specifically built for the need of each individual.
