Description
We offer one on one grooming with your animal so everyone is booked for a certain drop off time. We find this gives better bonding time and keeps the animal focused on us. We offer a customer loyalty program, which consists of a discount "every 5 groomings", Once a month there is two names drawn. Whomever was in for grooming within that month, their name goes in for a draw (one per each groomer) and the winner gets a nice discount on their next grooming or whenever they would like to use it :) We also send out birthday cards to each animal the first of each month!
