Oklahoma Alliance for Animals is a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing pet overpopulation, promoting responsible pet ownership and ensuring the humane treatment of animals through community collaboration and education. The Oklahoma Alliance for Animals is committed to developing a partnership among animal rescue organizations, veterinarians, municipal animal shelters, law enforcement, and our community to: • Reduce the number of homeless pets • Increase pet adoption from shelters and rescues • Increase spay/neuter surgeries to prevent accidental and unwanted puppies and kittens • Reduce euthanasia of adoptable animals • Educate the community about responsible pet ownership and the humane treatment of animals

We have an incredible group of volunteers and fosters dedicated to saving Pyrs and Pyr Mixes in need of rescue. We could not help them without you. GPRO is devoted to saving Great Pyrenees and Pyrenees mixes in kill shelters, owner surrenders, and working with local authorities to help Pyrs at-risk for physical/mental injury, cruelty or abandonment. All of our Pyrenees and Pyrenees mixes are adopted out as companion animals only. We are umbrellaed under National Great Pyrenees Rescue, a 501c3 not for profit organization. GPRO is run by volunteers with funds provided by donations and adoption fees.
