I'm Taryn and I am a person who LOVES to challenge myself and help others reach their goals. I teach Turbo Kick and Insanity and I also help people PUSH PLAY at home and in life as a dedicated Beachbody Coach! Find your WHY and grow YOUR fitness foundation. Once the coaching opportunity came to Canada, I had nothing to lose and everything to gain! I have gone through ups and downs throughout my life when it comes to weight management, confidence and motivation. I have found success and maintained it by pushing PLAY and doing Beachbody workouts for 10 years now along with surrounding myself with people who hold me ACCOUNTABLE and MOTIVATE ME! I have tried almost all the Beachbody programs there are. In 2012, I completed Turbo Fire and lost 40 pounds and 19.5 inches from my body.If I can YOU CAN. You have to want it, you have to get a cheering section for yourself...YOU ARE WORTH IT! Join my Team On FIRE Fitness as a Challenge Group Participant and see what you're capable of.
