Producers of concrete pipe, maintenance holes, box culverts and box sewers, and precast concrete specialty products joined to form the Association, incorporated in 1957. Companies that provide products and services to its producer members are also welcome members. OCPA also provides technical information to specifiers, regulators, contractors and educators.

MANAGEMENT The OCPA is managed by full-time staff responsible for administrating the Association's activities and accounts under the guiding principles, marketing, and technical services to industry. Staff has a broad understanding of the industries involved in infrastructure development and participates in professional associations. The staff is charged with administering Association activities. R & D Made to meet the challenges of the twenty-first century, precast concrete drainage products continue to undergo technological advancements to enhance performance and reliability. Research and development have produced greatly improved materials, precision manufacturing processes and product quality control.
