MANAGEMENT The OCPA is managed by full-time staff responsible for administrating the Association's activities and accounts under the guiding principles, marketing, and technical services to industry. Staff has a broad understanding of the industries involved in infrastructure development and participates in professional associations. The staff is charged with administering Association activities. R & D Made to meet the challenges of the twenty-first century, precast concrete drainage products continue to undergo technological advancements to enhance performance and reliability.
