Description

I am an avid runner, cyclist and life-long animal lover available to help you fulfill the exercise needs of your breed (big or small). Available for walks and more rigorous activities like: jogging, running, playing fetch, hikes and trail cycling. I will provide your dog with a physically challenging, mentally stimulating experience. Your dog will likely take to my benevolent nature, positive energy and calm, assertive leadership. I practice positive reinforcement training methods, and my cardiovascular capabilities will leave your dog ready to cuddle quietly on the couch – not eat it. I am flexible, highly punctual, trustworthy and friendly. I have both experience with, and a big soft spot for abused and/or neglected animals with human trust issues, and the patience to see them through it. TRANSPORTATION There is a $5 transportation fee if I show up for an appointment and your pooch is either not there, inaccessible or missing its leash / collar. Please make sure your pooch and all accessories are accessible, visible and close to the door. Efforts will be made to reach you by phone to sort things out. And the fee will only be applied if I head home without a dog (I will always turn around if you catch me in time). 2. CANCELLATION There is a $5 fee for cancelled appointments. Please give me approximately 24h notice to cancel an appointment so I can try to fill the time-slot with another appointment. 3. SAME DAY SERVICES Same day and last minute appointments will have $5 additional fee. Book your appointments a day (24hr) in advance, or speak to me about buying blocks of 5 walks (in advance) – with the $10 discount my Monday-Friday clients receive. 4. LATE PAYMENTS Outstanding invoices must be paid out at least 24 hours before your next scheduled appointment (unless other payment arrangements have been made). Late payments will result in a cancellation of your future appointment(s) as well as subject to a $5 cancellation fee (see #2).
