As the name implies, Chef Cara is an upcoming local pastry chef in Vancouver. She has graduated from Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts in 2007, and has been working full-time at local pastry shops for the past 6 years. Chef Cara specialized in custom cakes, including cupcakes, petite fours, birthdays, and special events. She is constantly trying new recipes in her spare time and with her enthusiasm and passion for French pastries, she has developed unique techniques and desirable flavours that are highly praised by all her customers. Upon enthusiastic responses and requests from her close ones, and friends, she decided to start an online based pastry shop to better cater her customers' sweet tooth at a much more personal level.
