A non-profit, arts hub offering a diverse range of arts programming through exhibitions, classes and sales of unique work by local artists & artisans. Why are we also known as Button Factory Arts? Button Factory Arts was formerly The Waterloo Community Centre. It was founded in 1993 and made its home within an old Button Manufacturing building that was built in 1886. The City of Waterloo's LACAC has designated the building as an architecturally significant and historic landmark. This inspiring building has been our home ever since!
