Afterall, 'The greatest wealth is health"- Virgil Eric has 13 years of Personal Training Experience and 2 years lecturing Certificate 3 and 4 in Personal Training, he also has a Bachelor of Physical Education. Eric is involved in swimming, runnng, cycling, gym and develops strength and conditioning programs for all major sports and is aware of the injuries that can be sustained playing sports and can provide injury relief and develop treatment plans to aid recovery and to keep you training to your full potential. Eric has been massaging since 2004 and specialises in Sports Remedial Massage, Cupping, Trigger Point therapy and Dry Needling.
