Description

Everyone can find something to do at the the Perth Athletic Centre and Martial Arts Club!!! We operate a full size gym with cardio equipment, lots of isolation machines and TONS of free weights. For our CrossFit enthusiasts, we have a multi-bar system in place with rings and the TRX system. We have many different cardio classes available as well for all ages and levels including All About Abs, Hard Core Conditioning, SWAT class, Cardio Kickboxing and Circuit Training, ZUMBA and Zumbatomic (for kids!) We are also a martial arts dojo. We study Shotokan Karate and we offer classes for all ages: Little Warriors, Youth and Adult Karate and Executive Karate. We also compete nationally through Karate Ontario. We are a non-judgemental facility with a positive atmosphere. We love what we do! :D
