All items seen on my site are pre-orders. Most items are offered in two smalls, two mediums and two larges (unless specified otherwise). A total of 4 people must order an item before the item is guaranteed. If you are interested in an item please put your name, email address, state, and if you would like the item shipped in the comment section. Invoices will be sent out within 24 hours of 4 people ordering an item. All invoices must be paid within 24 hours of receiving them or a cancellation notice will be sent. ***Shipping*** All domestic orders are shipped via USPS: First Class Shipping: (7-10 Business Days) Orders up to $35.00 - Shipping Cost is $6.00 Priority Shipping (5-7 business days) Orders $35.00 to $74.99 shipping costs $8.00 Domestic orders $75 or more are eligible for FREE Priority Shipping. *Please allow up to 48-72 business hours for order processing in addition to your shipping selection. ***Returns*** At Pink Boutique, our biggest goal is to well serve our fabulous loyal customers. Please look over your order as soon as you get it. If you think you have received a defective item please contact me within 2 days of receipt of your order. All returns must be received within 7 days of the date you that you received your order. Anything purchased at a discounted price or a sale price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return. Returned items must remain un-worn, unwashed, and all tags still attached. Please include your return form and original receipt. Refunds for returns will be issued in the form of an online store credit. Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on my end. Because only a limited number of styles are offered we cannot offer exchanges.
