Branch Manager Rich Brandariz was born and raised in Portsmouth, Rhode Island and continues to reside there. The son of George and Elaine Brandariz, Rich was a 1995 Portsmouth High School Graduate. Rich continued his educational career at the University of Massachusetts- Amherst, before receiving his Business Management Bachelors degree from Salve Regina University. Just four days after graduating college, Rich started his mortgage Career with Embrace Home Loans. Rich quickly rose to the top and was promoted to Team Leader and then Vice President. After a stellar 9 year career with Embrace Home Loans, Rich was recruited to run the sales force for Semper Home Loans. Again rich found early success and enjoyed 3 years with Semper Home Loans before deciding that he wanted the flexibility of making his own schedule. After jumping around in search of the right lender, Rich found his way to Primary Residential Mortgage in the middle of 2014. With aspirations of opening his own branch in Newport, RI (which is well under way), Rich looks forward to many happy years with PRMI. In addition to mortgages, Rich has several interests that he pursues daily. A father of two boys, Dylan (age 9) and Luke (age 7), Rich has heavily involved himself into the Portsmouth community as a leader and a coach. Rich currently sits on the Portsmouth Pop Warner Football Board, as well as the Portsmouth Youth Basketball Board. He has also coached Pop Warner football, and Portsmouth basketball and baseball for the last five years. Rich also finds time to volunteer and be a part of the Portsmouth Rotary Club and Newport’s “Rebuilding Together” project which annually rehabilitates a home for community members who do not have the funds to upkeep their residence. Finally, Rich is a member of the United Congregational Church in Middletown, RI. Still an athlete, Rich participates in two different basketball leagues year round. Rich is also an avid golfer, and also plays part time in the Portsmouth wooden baseball bat league. His true love and passion is spending a day in his yard, working with his hands, and perfecting his landscaping.
