Private Nursing Service, Inc. is a locally, family owned and operated company. We have been providing quality compassionate care by trained professionals since 1982. Our goal at PNSI is to ease the transition of individuals to a lifestyle that may require the services of a temporary or long term caregiver. We can provide a flexible option that provides a new life-style without the trauma of leaving home. We kindly accept Medicaid, Private Pay, and Veterans. Private Nursing Service also specializes in the Aid and Attendance Pension Program. The Aid and Attendance (A&A) Pension provides benefits for veterans and surviving spouses who require the regular attendance of another person to assist in eating, bathing, dressing, and undressing or taking care of the needs of nature. Our Caregivers will provide your loved ones with the care, respect and patience that they are worthy of receiving. We proudly service; St. Louis City, St. Louis, Jefferson, St. Francois, St. Genevieve, Iron, Cape, Perry, Bollinger, Madison, and Washington counties.
