THERE'S A NEW SHOP IN TOWN! Conveniently located on the south west corner of Northern and 19th Ave is PUPPY LOVE PET STYLIST! Don't be fooled by the name, we groom cats too! We have two experienced groomers with many, many, many years grooming dogs and cats under their belts. This is not just a job, but a lifestyle! Melissa and her husband Rick opened their first mobile salon, Puppy Love Grooming, in Maricopa in 2008 and served all over the valley. The local business eventually outgrew the mobile unit and they opened a store front, Puppy Love Pet Stylist, in Maricopa later that year. Melissa has been involved in the pet care field for well over 20 years. She started at the bottom, bathing dogs and eventually graduated to a groomer, then a grooming manager and an instructor in Washington and Arizona. She has groomed show dogs and specializes in grooming cats. She enjoys nothing more than to groom a families furry little friend! Amanda has worked in the pet industry since 2003. She began volunteering at animal shelters and helping in the hospital area while still in high school. Her first part time job was bathing for a small mom and pop shop where they began to show her the basics of grooming. She moved on to working at a boarding kennel that offered grooming and decided that grooming was her calling and went from there. She has attended various workshops across the valley and in Las Vegas. She is IPG certified and is working towards becoming a Certified Master Groomer. Needless to say, your pets are left in very experienced hands!
