Description
Q.WIL began over a decade ago as "Women in Finance", hosting only 31 delegates. The continued success of this event allowed the conference to expand to become "Queen's Women in Leadership", bringing together students, sponsors, and speakers for a weekend of learning and inspiration. The conference has come to encompass young women from all fields, allowing them to share their experiences and celebrate their successes. Q.WIL 2017 attracted delegates from diverse faculties, universities, and backgrounds, and Q.WIL 2018 will build on the success of the conference to continue to stimulate discussion on gender equality in the workplace.
