Welcome wandering minds and curious souls. I am on a creative journey and I hope to take you along with me My sanctuary has always been my craft. As a child the endless days of doodles in class helped me ease the itch of my social phobia and helped me seek adventure in a place where I felt scared and misunderstood. As a teen my creative juices were on max. Everyday I had a new outfit created for the next day of school. Always altering always growing. My ways are self taught and this solitary evolution has taught me how to work with myself and my unusual quirks, where others had failed to so. During this youthful time I entered various art exhibits for my paintings and morbid dark arts. I always enjoyed the spooky and weird aspects of life. I find them refreshing, interesting and the love of the the unknown keeps me always wanting to dig more. There is a beautiful mystical air when we accept things that are not the norm, it brings magic and curious thinking to our otherwise mundane lives. For sometime I forgot what this magic was as I ventured out to become part of the 'norm'. I spent five years in university, graduating, and then finding myself incomplete. My fire was gone; my spirit destroyed from years of closing myself off and trying to morph into what society standards thought were best for me. It is good for some, but my heart always knew the difference. School then turned out to be the greatest lesson of all- it helped cement my ideals of myself and the life i wanted, and the life I didn't want. I vowed to make magic a part of my life again. I started to allow myself to create once more...whats come of it is profound and monumental to my growth into womanhood. My spirit understands my need to express and create; and it understands that life is short and I must follow my soul to wherever it leads me. I have some beautiful supportive people in my life who are also behind me following my passions and this drives me also. I am learning, this is a new venture for me ( and a vulnerable one at that ) but life is funny, and sometimes it's fun to get freaked out by all of it.
