Representing clients in Canada and around the world Whether you are currently living overseas, in your home country, or are already inside Canada looking to find your best route to temporary or permanently live/stay in Canada as Student, Temporary Worker, Skilled Immigrant. Assisting to reunite family via Family Class sponsorship Also providing services on following up, request access to information, resolutions and advice relating to an existing application with Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC). My client intake Process: First step is the FREE Assessment Please fill up the Free online assessment form. Click here https://www.cognitoforms.com/RcIs2/QUICKELIGIBILITYQUESTIONAIRE. The questionnaire will give me enough information to identify your eligibility to come to Canada as landed immigrant. You will then receive the results in your email. Second is Initial Consultation After identifying your eligibility to apply, you may choose to proceed to request for a one on one consultation to further discuss your specific concerns. There is a fee (see note*) for a one on one consultation session but you get tons of valuable information on how and where to start your route into Canada. This will allow us to discuss in better details about your options, qualifications, background clarifications, family composition, net worth, and involving costs and service fees etc. Consultation may take 45 minutes up to an hour and may be done in person, over the phone, email, Skype, Viber or other media and chat venues. *The consultation fee is waived if you move to proceed to 3rd step Third step is The Part You Decide At the end of the one on one consultation, you then take away valuable information to think things over about your plans to come to Canada. At this point, you may either: a. proceed to apply on your own to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC); or b. sign an agreement that you are giving me the the ability to serve you, to mediate, and to fully represent you on your application with the CIC and thereby agreeing to pay for my full service assistance and expertise. Fourth step is the Gathering of Support Documents After signing our service agreement, we then start working on your application. Thereby securing, gathering and compiling all the required documents to support it. Fifth and final step is the SUBMISSION of Application (see note on post service commitments/support*) Prior to submission, we do a final review to double/triple check on every single data and support documents of your application. We then submit your completed application package to CIC -> At this stage I would have rendered the completion of the service agreement. *My post service commitment and support - I will stand by you as you wait for the final results on your application. I commit to bridge the gaps between you and the CIC. So for additional iquiries that may arise, my service includes receiving and sending follow up communications to and from the CIC with regards to your application (as necessary).
