Welcome! At RealFood Connection we know what we eat is important. How we fuel our body impacts our energy levels, health and wellbeing. The human body is one of the most complex systems on earth, so needless to say what goes in needs to be high quality, nutritious and of course tasty! Everything we produce is 100% grain and gluten free. With a Paleo/ primal approach our meals are high in protein and come with complete with deliciously cooked vegetables. We use only grass fed beef & lamb and seasonal produce. We also have some great vegetarian and vegan choices on our menu. We use all natural ingredients so NO artificial additives, preservatives, colours or flavours. When you visit RealFood Connection, you can choose from a selection of our prepared meals, salads, savory and sweet snacks. Our meals are fresh NOT frozen and can be eaten immediately at our cafes or taken away. We use high quality fresh, unprocessed ingredients, including grass fed beef, hormone free meats and locally grown produce. At RealFood Connection we offer you real food. By that we mean food that our bodies were designed to consume. Food that is unprocessed and easy for our system to process. Too busy to come in? We also deliver!
