Rebecca Davidson has lived in the Rocky Mountains since age 4 and just celebrated 25 years with Denver as her home town. She lives in the historic Potter Highlands neighborhood in an 1885 Victorian Cottage that her family has lovingly renovated after 40 years of ownership. In 1999 Rebecca graduated from Metropolitan State with a Bachelor of Arts, Individualized Studies: Myth, Meaning and Language. Rebecca is a second generation mortgage lender, following in her Mom's footsteps. She's been a Licensed Mortgage Originator since 2008, has been full time since 2003, but has 18+ years in the business. She's worked as a processor, is trained as an underwriter and maintains a global view of what it takes to get loans closed. Rebecca co-founded BNI Advantage Networkers and is the Chapter Vice President and Chair of the Membership Committee ( 8/11-9/13). On Leap Day 2012, the Chapter kicked off official membership and got busy networking. To date we've said thank you for nearly $1M in closed business and won several auspicious awards: Hall of Fame Chapter, Showcase Chapter, Founders Award, and Platinum Chapter. Personally, she has been awarded the title of Gold Club Member by sponsoring more than 10 members into the chapter. She is also an active member of the Denver Gay Lesbian Chamber of Commerce. Rebecca endeavors to create authentic relationships with Real Estate Professionals and prospective home owners. The team strives to facilitate mutual growth and high quality service for clients receiving home loan financing.
