Red Petal Reiki is a wonderful and calming Reiki studio located in St.Catharines, Ontario with founder and Level 2 Usui Reiki practitioner Erin Hofer.

Description

Your physical body is alive because of the energy that is flowing through it. If your energy is low or blocked we feel the effects on all levels; tiredness, anxiety, unable to focus, and you are more likely to become physically, mentally and/or emotionally unwell. When the energy is high and open we feel physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually balanced, and you can more easily maintain your health and an overall feeling of well being. This is called homeostasis - and this is where we want to be, as we truly feel like our authentic selves. Both services I offer, Reiki and Aromatouch, remove those blockages, opens your energetic system, and leaves you in that state of balance. They both cost the same so you can pick whichever one you connect with more, or try both! :) Reiki completely purges your energetic system and replaces it with fresh, new energy leaving all of your chakras open and balanced. Often described as an "internal massage", Reiki works on all levels, physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual (connection to your soul & purpose), and each session will be a different experience as it is very relevant to how you are feeling that day. Aromatouch uses a series of 8 different certified pure therapeutic grade essential oils taking your body through a journey starting with relaxation, then immune system boosting, followed by improving your inflammatory response system, and finally ending full circle leaving you in homeostasis. These oils are lightly dragged up your spinal column activating your nervous systems and across energy meridian lines on your back, and also on your feet. STUDIO SERVICES REIKI Lay back and relax while your energies are cleansed and opened leaving you feeling more whole and rejuvenated. Reiki can provide amazing benefits on all levels; emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually, where you may feel emotionally stronger or mentally clearer, physically better or more connected to who you are. A full body Reiki session lasts approximately one hour where you will lie comfortably on a massage table, fully clothed, in a private treatment room that has a warm and calming atmosphere. 60 MIN TABLE SESSIONS ~ $50 TOTAL 30 MIN TABLE SESSIONS (FOR ADULTS OR KIDS) ~ $25 TOTAL AROMATOUCH TECHNIQUE This is a clinical approach of the application of essential oils to take your body, mind, & soul through a journey leading to homeostasis. A series of 8 essential oils are gently applied along energy meridians and contact points of the back and feet to help balance our sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. We will start with essential oils that are known for their calming benefits so any stress that we are feeling can be more easily released throughout the treatment. One of the effects of stress is the reduction of our immune efficiency so next we will use essential oils that will boost and strengthen our immune system to keep us healthy. Now we are set up to remove any inflammation in the body with greater ease, so the next essential oils we will use are for healthy inflammatory response and autonomic nervous system support. The last stage is all about homeostasis, these last essential oils combined are soothing, calming and stimulating, all working together to bring balance back within the body. Typical sessions lasts about 45-55 minutes where you will lay comfortably on a massage table face down under a sheet with your back exposed and bare feet.
