ROC TEEN workshops ( for teens age 10-17) Peronal coaching for teens and parents Teaching ROC from a strong teaching background and experienced parent of a teenager... my focus is: ~ Positive self talk ~ Tools for personal resilience ~ Tricks to increase confidence from the inside out ~ Tips to enjoy a more optimistic approach to life ~ Strategies to live with less stress, worry and anxiety PARENT INFORMATION SESSIONS though your school's P & F, Student Services Team and community. TEACHING teens simple ways to build their own resilient, optimistic and confident life. If your kids are 10-14….they are welcome to join our any of our workshops held mid term weekends and during the school holidays. We travel to regional WA and Melbourne & Sydney are hosting ROC in 2014 ROC kids bounce back, think more positively and believe in possibilities. We teach TEENS how to do all of this and so much more. ROC teens cope better with setbacks, stress and adversity. They also take healthy risks and choose to challenge themselves more readily. They also think more positively about today, tomorrow and their big bright future. Whilst our workshops are for teens aged 10-14, we also run workshop for specific ages group upon request. If you have a group of 10 girls or boys of a similar age and you are keen for them to do the ROC program, just send us an email and we can set a workshop date especially for your group.
