We work in an inspected kitchen with the approval of the Waterloo Region Public Health department. Since 2003, Rosicake (A Cakery) has been producing its high quality product on the city of Puerto Ordaz, Bolivar state, Venezuela. Partners Rosibel Marín, Ana Teresa Vivas and José Zurita moved into Canada in 2015. They felt the KW Region was the perfect location to continue their passion for baking, now as Rosis’s Bakery. What makes Rosi’s Bakery unique is that every item is made from scratch and crafted in the traditional methods like something special for every person.
