Description
Rox Fitness facebook page was created o pass on nutrition tips and work out suggestions. I hope it is a motivational tool to help support and encourage those on their fitness journey. It is my philosophy that healthy eating and exercise should not be driven by the desire to be skinny, gain muscles or beat the competition. I train and eat well because i believe these things are an act of love and respect toward myself. Rox Fitness is all about spreading that love and helping others to fall in love with themselves and treat their body with kindness. I am also currently qualifying as a massage therapist. Offering massage compliments my personal training skills as i believe that in the balance of training. Working hard in training should be equalized with relaxation and restoration of muscles.
