I have been practicing massage since 2000, specializing in Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT, aka Trigger Point Therapy,) Deep Tissue, and Sports Massage. I am also certified in Prenatal Massage and Reflexology, and Passive Fascial Restoration (PFR.) I am actively building my private practice in West Washington Park. I have had heavy involvement in the triathlon and athletic community, but my experience ranges from working with the standard office worker to the professional athlete. Having been an athlete my whole life, I understand the importance of preventative measures as well as rehabilitation therapy. Together with my clients, I strive to create a therapeutic partnership and work to prevent injuries before they happen. Preventative massage helps clients heal more quickly if and when they sustain an injury.
