Promoting safety with dignity and respect Approved by the Ministry of Community and Social Services, our humanistic approach to safe management includes comprehensive training programs and individual specialized consultations to promote both individual and community safety. From basic half-day to more intensive 2-day programs, we offer proven training and consultation services in Risk Management, Behavioral Profiling, Relationship Management, Environmental Assessments, Managing Physical Aggression and Self Protection and Physical Intervention Techniques. SMG also offers the Train-the-Trainer program allowing more flexibility internally with training times, participant size groups, etc.
