Sanctuaria is a place where people can gather over amazing food and incredible atmosphere. It's a "sanctuary in the city". It's a hip and fresh idea for our city. The food is based on recipes cooked in the homes of the Latin American culture, served with a twist. The preparations are classic especially with the plantains. We remember our guests and remember what they like in dining out and do our very best in recreating that in each of the experience. Our drinks are handcrafted individually for each guest. They actually take a bit longer to prepare; however, they are always worth the wait. We have a specialty spirits program that is unique to St. Louis. We focus on spirits around the culture of food. Instead of ordering your 'normal' spirit selection, we offer something from Cuba, Latin etc.
