My love for Zumba started a few years ago when I stepped into my first class and realized that working out can (and should!) be fun. I found something truly mesmerizing about the simple yet complex dance moves and atmosphere in the Latino-inspired workout. The more I went the more I wanted to go. It fit perfectly with my busy and active lifestyle: whether I attended classes or worked a long shift, at the end of the day I looked forward to dancing and letting go while contributing to my overall health. As I have always had a passion for people and for Latino music,naturally I decided that teaching Zumba was something I wanted to pursue. I am thrilled to now call myself a Zumba instructor and start teaching and learning from others. Therefore I invite you to join me in my new adventure of "ditching the workout and joining the party" in my new Zumba classes. Let's dance, have fun and stay healthy on Latino rhythm!
