GROUND FLOOR
A large open plan entertaining area includes lounge, TV, eating area and wet bar facilities. Easy view of children in the pool while BBQ-ing, relaxing on the day bed, Hampton Chairs or enjoying a meal at the 8 person outdoor BBQ setting by the pool. There is also a smaller games room near the downstairs bedroom. Large laundry facilities (including a clothes dryer, iron, ironing board and washing powder) are downstairs near the secure garage (an oversized double car garage with enough room for your jet ski or stand up paddle boards). There are also 6 bicycles and helmets for you to enjoy the ride along the beachfront to Kingscliff or Cabarita.
UPSTAIRS
You will find a spacious open plan living area which sprawls out onto a north easterly facing timber deck. Great space to sit in privacy, enjoy a meal (BBQ on deck) and listen to the waves crashing a few metres away.
The kitchen is well equipped with a butler's pantry including a sink and dishwasher. Modern appliances, gas cooktop and large refrigerator. (Additional bar fridge in downstairs wet bar). Kitchen has an oversized island bench with 4 chairs and is perfect for large families or when preparing meals. Eating areas in addition to island bench is an 8 person dining table and 4 person outdoor table setting on the deck.
The upstairs master bedroom with ensuite has sliding door access to the deck and is a beautiful place to see the sunrise. At the other end of the home are 3 bedrooms, a full sized bathroom (bath tub and double vanity) as well as a play room for children or additional sitting area (double sized sofa bed).

The fully fenced back yard has gate access to the beachfront pathway which is only a few metres from beach access # 2 at Casuarina Beach. From here you can walk, cycle or skate along the extensive beach side walking & cycling paths with showers and seating near the beach paths. While the 3.5km coastline of Casuarina Beach itself offers green areas and parks, Kingscliff Village is only a few minutes down the road with many trendy restaurants, cafes and retail therapy.
500metres to the north is the patrolled beach and resorts at Salt Village, while 500metres to the south is the patrolled beach, restaurant and sporting facilities at Casuarina Beach.
World Heritage listed Parks, Mt Warning, Tweed River and the beautiful Caldera are the backdrop of this beautiful environment.
Located on the Tweed Coast, Casuarina Beach is just 15 minutes south of the Coolangatta Airport and an hour an fifteen minutes drive from Brisbane.
