CAPAPABILITIES: CNC MILLS: extensive assortment of both horizontal and vertical multi axis machining centers with pallet systems and with work areas up to 78” x 62”. CNC LATHES: large inventory of twin spindle mill turn, cnc lathes with live tooling, swiss and standard cnc lathes. INSPECTION, CMM: Optical and vision systems. Laser scanners and Rockwell testers. WELDING: Robotic multi-axis cnc welders, MIG and TIG LASER: 120” X 50” X 20” Laser cutting system with integrated pallet system WATER JET: 60,000 PSI high speed (400IPM) Water Jet with +/- .005” accuracy per 3'.
