Our guards are trained to particular specifications depending on client needs/wants, bonded, and they all have relevant experience in the field. All employed security personnel have a professional approach, coupled with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Our whole team in office and in the field have many years of experience in security services. Our long held beliefs have always been that you get what you pay for. This has held true over time and time again. We do not offer you the lowest rate guard, as this creates a higher guard turnover for your site and is not cost effective (usually, based on our HR research) but instead give you, the client someone who's educated, licensed and willing to go above and beyond the bar.
