Psychology for Health and Performance. We are an Ottawa-based psychology practice specializing in Third Wave clinical health psychology, mindfulness, and evidence-based psychological treatments for high performers and their families. To our knowledge we are the only provider of the Maudsley FBT protocol for outpatient treatment and hospital diversion of children and adolescents with eating disorders. Dr. Kimberly Sogge CPsych is trained at the Institute for Training in Child and Adolescent Eating Disorders.

General Info
As far as we are aware, we are one of the only practices in Ottawa to offer Maudsley FBT for treatment of eating disorders in adolescents. We also have experience and expertise in acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness based stress reduction, mindfulness based cognitive therapy, and mindfulness based approaches to anxiety and performance. We are a training site for the University of Ottawa doctoral program in clinical psychology. We offer specialized education and training in mindfulness, ACT, eating disorders, clinical health and performance psychology.Company Rating
