We have been chefs for 25+years in four continents in 5 star hotels with experience in being head chefs doing major openings of restaurants.Our aim is to provide fresh quality meals that are hard to find,there is always something processed (numbers) in food you eat and buy, no matter how fresh you may think it is.Having done a degree in hospitality mgmt, I have studied nutrition for 3 years. Our promise to you: No added sugar in our food-major factor of obesity and allergies with the exception of Mongolian Lamb and sweet and sour No added taste enhancers like MSG, Chicken powder, veggie salt, etc. No added artificial colours or preservatives No quick fix substitutes - for e.g. potato powder to make mash potato, powder stock to make gravy, packaged stock which also has sugar. No boiling, just steaming or cooking of seasonal vegetables Balanced meals.
