Spring Sushi features delicious all-you-can-eat Japanese and Thai cuisine right in the heart of Toronto, and is the first restaurant within the GTA to feature the use of the iPad to place your orders! There will be an iPad per table for clients to view the entire food selection of Spring Sushi, place their orders, and to check the status oftheir different dishes. We offer a new spin on the all-you-can-eat experience! Directly overlooking Yonge-Dundas Square on the 5th floor of10 Dundas St. East, Spring Sushi is just across from the Eaton's Center for post-shopping enjoyment. When you first enter Spring Sushi, you’ll notice a whirlwind of different graphics from smiling geishas to floating fish that decorate the restaurant. Th eatmosphere is inspired by the famous Japanese Sakura flower. The ambience drastically changes as the nightlife begins: as the city of downtown Toronto comes to life in the evenings, so too does Spring Sushi. Spring Sushi offers a rare vantage point of Toronto city life while you enjoy a feast for the senses. Jeff Chen, the owner of the massively successful "Sapporo Sushi" and "Spring Sushi" chain restaurants in Hamilton and Upper James, is collaborating with Bobby Teng of "168 Sushi"(with 5 popular locations spanning from Ottawa to Mississauga) to bring you anew experience in Toronto: Spring Sushi. Jeff Chen is a chef who has trained extensively in the art of sushi in Japan over a course of 6years, and has learned the secrets of excellent traditional Japanese cuisine. Bobby is dedicated to bringing tasty Asian fare to all across Ontario. Together, they hope to share their passion for great Japanese and Thai food with Toronto.
