A simple dish I made for lunch. 1 x Turkey Breast 1 x Small Piece of Chorizo 1 x Avocado 1 x Garlic clove Tsp Coconut Oil (you can use olive oil) Handful Spinach Leaves A few Cherry Tomatoes Put the oil and chopped garlic in the pan on a low heat then add the turkey and chopped chorizo. Leave to cook so all the juices from the chorizo cover the turkey. While that's cooking, put the spinach and cherry tomatoes on the plate, slice up the avocado and add to the plate then finally add the turkey & chorizo. Takes less than 10mins to prepare and serve. Delicious!

Is it just me or does anyone else find it hard to motivate themselves to run in the rain? This week has just been rubbish in Perth with rain being the weather for the entire week! I don't mind being out when the rain comes on but it can be hard to go out when it's already raining. This week though, I just had to zip up my man suit and get on with it.
