In sanctuary care, we encourage friendships between residents. We encourage exploration and freedom of choice. We give back the ability to make decisions and control events that affect residents lives. Our human caregivers exercise deep listening skills to help address the resident’s wants and needs. We strive for humility and parity and look at each day as a learning opportunity.

We: - Advocate on behalf of primates who do not have a voice of their own. - Help prevent cruelty to animals through the operation of a primate sanctuary. - Educate the public about primates through presentations to schools, community organizations, and community events. - Educate the public about the need to respect all animals. ....................................................................................................

General Info

We are a non-profit organization operated entirely on the commitment of our wonderful volunteer caregivers. Unfortunately we are not open to the public due to the stress imposed on the primates, but we have Open Days in the summer months where we invite the public to come tour our facility.
